Preferred Vendors

Outside vendors welcome — from our preferred list.

The Skybridge at Pioneer Square welcomes outside caterers, AV partners, and floral designers from our preferred-vendor list. Our preferred vendors have proven workflows in our spaces — they know the loading-dock geography, the kitchen access protocols, and the acoustic quirks of the Sky Atrium.

To preserve event quality, vendors not on the preferred list require a separate vetting conversation with our event services team. We're generally happy to add a vendor on request if your event has a compelling reason — but please contact us 30+ days out to allow time for site visits and contract review.

For non-preferred vendors

If your event has a vendor relationship outside our preferred list, let us know in your inquiry. We will share the vendor onboarding checklist (insurance certificates, kitchen access protocols, load-in timing) and confirm whether the vendor's workflow is compatible with your event date.
