Spaces

Three spaces. One address.

The Sky Atrium anchors every event here. The Library and Cornerstone Room add flexibility for receptions, breakouts, and VIP gatherings.

Sky Atrium

Capacity: 450 seated dinner · 600 reception

The Sky Atrium is the heart of The Skybridge. A restored 1893 Romanesque Revival hall with a modern 33×60-foot 4K LED wall installed in 2021. The LED wall runs custom content, live feeds, ambient imagery, or a livestream of the event itself.

Specifications:

  • Floor area: 8,800 sq ft
  • Ceiling height: 28 feet at the apex
  • LED wall: 33ft H × 60ft W, 1.9mm pitch, 4K native output
  • House PA: line-array, suitable for speeches and background music; theatrical production via our preferred partner
  • Catering: preferred caterer list (Pike Place Provisions, Salish Spread, Ravishing Radish, Kaspars)
  • Facility fee: from $15,000 for a 3-hour block + catering minimum

Note on LED content: We have a library of ambient and architectural content available for standard bookings. Custom LED content (brand video, real-time data, audience feed) requires advance coordination and is produced by our technical partner.

The Library

Capacity: 60 seated · 80 standing

The Library was the original reading room of the 1893 building — original bookshelves, period millwork, and a coffered ceiling that pre-dates the renovation. It’s our most requested space for VIP receptions and private dinners.

Best for:

  • VIP pre-dinner reception before a Sky Atrium gala
  • Board dinner (40–50 seated) where the atmosphere matters as much as the meal
  • Breakout session with a period aesthetic — genuinely memorable for international guests

Direct access to the Sky Atrium via a connecting corridor. Separate entrance available for discreet VIP arrivals.

Cornerstone Room

Capacity: 60 seated · 80 standing

The Cornerstone Room sits at the corner of the building with windows on two sides and access to a small terrace overlooking Pioneer Square. It’s a natural breakout for executive-level gatherings where a view matters.

Features:

  • Corner windows with Pioneer Square and Olympic Mountains views
  • Terrace (20-person capacity, weather-dependent)
  • Built-in 75-inch display and videoconference equipment
  • Sound separation from Sky Atrium — suitable for parallel sessions

Typical use: Executive roundtable during a conference day; VIP green room before a gala dinner; smaller awards ceremony or board meeting where the Atrium is too large.
